            Where do you pick up in Waikiki and what are your pick up times? What are the return times from Waikele?

            Where is the closest pick up point to my hotel?
                   Please click here to view  a list of hotels and to see which pick up location is the closest to your hotel. 

            How long will the shuttle ride be?
              The shuttle will take approximately 45 minutes to get to Waikele once you leave Waikiki. The ride back to Waikiki will take about an hour due to the traffic in the afternoons.

            Do I need to make a reservation to use this service?
              Reservations are not necessary, but are highly recommended. We do accommodate walk-ons on a space-available, first come first served basis.

            How do I make a reservation?
              Reservations can be made by calling our Reservation line at 808-5-DOLLAR (808-536-5527). Phone lines are open from 7am to 10pm daily.

            We are traveling with young children. Will their seats be the same price? Can we bring their strollers with us?
              Children who are occupying a seat will be required to pay the same $5.00 one-way fare as adults ($10 round trip). If your child is small enough to be carried on your lap, there will be no charge. Our buses offer storage space beneath the main cabin for larger items, so bringing a stroller with you will be fine.

            Do I pay the bus driver?
              Please do not pay the bus driver. Your fare or your prepaid voucher receipt will be accepted by our staff upon your arrival at our Reception Desk at Waikele Premium Outlets.

            What forms of payment do you accept?
              Currently we are only accepting cash payments or prepaid vouchers from Expedia, for example. We do not accept credit card payments at this time.

            How do I arrange my return transportation back to Waikiki?
              Upon your arrival at the Outlet mall, you will be greeted by our staff and escorted to our Reception Desk. Your roundtrip fare will be accepted at this time and you may select the time you wish to return to Waikiki. You will be given a ticket for the departure time of your choice. Please hold on to this ticket. You will be asked to return this ticket when it is time to board the bus back to Waikiki.

            What if I need more time to shop or if I'm done early? Will I be able to change my departure time?
              Yes, changes to your departure time can be made as long as seats are available on the time you wish to change to. If you'd like to change to a later departure time, we ask that you make the changes before the current time you are holding. For example, if you are holding 2:00 tickets and would like to change them to a 3:30 departure, please do so before 2:00. Swapping your tickets after your scheduled departure time will be treated as a missed departure and will result in a $5.00 late charge per ticket.

            What will happen if I miss my departure or if I lose my ticket?
              There will be a $5.00 charge per ticket that comes back to us late or one that is lost.

            I found my own way to Waikele but is it possible to take your shuttle back to Waikiki?
              Yes. We do offer oneway fares back to Waikiki. Please see the staff at our Reception Desk outside of Saks Fifth Avenue - Off 5th to book a seat back to Waikiki.

            I booked a return on your shuttle but I have found another way back to Waikiki. Can I cancel my departure and get a refund?
              Once a departure time has been booked with us, no refunds will be given.

            I would like to purchase a suitcase at Waikele. Will I be able to take it with me aboard the shuttle?
              Yes, our buses provide ample storage space beneath the main cabin. Taking a suitcase or two (or other bulky items) aboard the bus will be no problem.

            Are food and drinks allowed on the shuttle?
              No, food and drinks are not allowed on the shuttle. Please finish all food and drinks prior to boarding the shuttle.
